Krupa Pattani, whose recent credits include Shazia Khan in Citizen Khan and Shobna in Emmerdale, was interviewed by The Stage newspaper about her journey into acting.

'I was surprised I got the job. At the time, it was enough for me that I had been given a chance to go up for it. I hadn’t thought as far as actually getting it.'
